Join hundreds of other athletes this July and run, crawl, slide, shuffle, hop, and scramble to the finish line celebration. With an awesome course, dramatic views, and a party at the finish, there’s lots to love about the Urban Epic Challenge!

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE TRIATHLON and AQUARUN?

For a full explanation as to why we decided to give the tri a break, click here.  We hope that you understand our decision, and trust us when we say that we have kept the best parts of the Urban Epic and will make them even better!

Also, do to a change in our insurance carrier, we can no longer offer a swim portion, so there will not be an AquaRun category.  We apologize for this change and will be contacting any athlete who had previously registered for the AquaRun. The Urban Epic Challenge is developed and managed by Tri-Maine Productions, an event company based in Portland. Tri-Maine also organizes the popular Lobsterman Triathlon, as well as the Urban Epic Boston Triathlon.
